Useful for live performance & essential for sync licensing opportunities, It’s industry standard to master instrumental versions of your tracks (alt-mixes with all the vocals muted). We offer these at a substantial discount.
Radio edits, Extended mixes, stripped-down versions etc. that are made from the same basic mixes as the originals.
If you prefer a “super-pushed” sound then its also useful to get an alternative version for streaming services like Spotify, as they compensate for very loud masters. You can still get the “sound” you want but it’s finished a little differently (streaming optimised LUFS).
NOTE: There is a small surcharge of +£2 per track if created from an old session. This is because we have to look up the analogue settings for every track, replicate it, test & compare them first.
If you wish to avoid this surcharge next time, you can order your alt versions at the same time as the “main” masters.
Choose the appropriate option: Ordering at the same time as main masters OR ordering from an old mastering session.
